Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To request a return, just send an email to info@islandgoat.com with your order number and let us know which items you would like to return. We will then email you a return shipping label. The return shipping cost is $6 which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it is still in new condition. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Additional Info

Returns only accepted for items purchased at IslandGoat.com. If you purchased your items elsewhere (i.e. Department Store), please return the items to that location.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
